Good or Bad UX?

Ever tried to open a door and you don't know whether it opens with a card or has a censor? Or couldn't read a sentence properly in an app because the color contrast is not appropriate? Or tried to do something on an app and you don't just know how to? Yes! That's bad UX!

A product should not have you thinking so hard or confused on how to use it. You should be able to use the product without feeling frustrated.

So, when designing a product as a user experience designer, imagine yourself as a user who is not tech savvy at all. Ask yourself questions like; how can this product be designed that it will be used with ease and still perform its function? Is it efficient? Is it user friendly? Can the user complete tasks without feeling frustrated or stuck?

Put it in mind; a good product should be useful, usable, desirable, findable, accessible and credible.
